Complex "Sunrise" is situated in the north part of the town of Obzor, near to hotels "Miramar" and "Obzor Beach Resort". The distance to the beach is only 300m, the view to the sea is incredible. This building is being constructed along with the resort complex in which it is situated. On the ground floors of it are set shops for manufactured goods and food, a restaurant with billiards club and some offices.
