This complex, named Toros Çekiç Construction I, consists of three image defining residential towers at walking distance from sea and beach. In total there are 131 luxury, finished with marble, 2 bedroom apartments. Each residential tower consists of 10 floors and has 1 six-person elevator.
The luxury apartments have a large living-room with open kitchen. Each apartment has the disposal of the guests' toilet and a large bathroom with shower or bath, toilet and bath furniture. You have a balcony at the front as well as at the back, so that you can enjoy the scenery from everywhere.
Facilities
The complex is equipped with all possible facilities including a large swimming-pool and a children's pool.If you are in sportive mood, you can use the small fitness room, the tennis court or the football pitch / volleyball court. Afterwards you can relax gloriously in the sauna. For the smallest ones a playground has been arranged. There is also a little shop for the daily shopping.
The residential towers are surrounded by a nice garden with a lot of greenery and an atmospheric illumination.
A powerful stand-by power unit takes care that you never are out of power. All residential towers have emergency exits and a joint satellite antenna with which all European channels can be captured. For this a decoder and a card have to be bought.
The complex is guarded 24 hours a day and is surrounded by a stone wall with railings on which flowers are grown for extra privacy.
