The 2.5 kilometer way to the country house goes through the forest. But the road is good, because the estate owners asphalted it at their expense.
The main house stands on a hill. Its wide 130 square meter terrace boasts a panoramic view of the surrounding beauty. The estate owners mentioned that in winter the locals would make an ice slide on the slope all the way from the house to the downhill lake and everyone would eagerly take a ride.
A 280 square meter house is built from saw timber( log diameter is 35-45 sm). There are five bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kithen and all modern conveniences in the house. The electricity mains have been erected towards the estate, it also has a local electrical substation with ample of power 30 kW, water borehole, self-cleaning sewage system, geothermal heating system(german heat pumps). All floors are equiped with electric heating system maintaining the desired/required temperature. This all is automatically controlled via transceivers that are installed outiside, and based on them the pumps heat the house. the guest house is heated the same way.
The landlady worked out the domestic design on her own. She confessed that the house was built without a slightest idea that it would be sold one day. that's why everything was taken into account, including minor details.
The furniture, per the landlady's words, was initially standard one and it was unpainted. Later on Zoya Lutsevich, a Minsk artist, rehashed the furniure.
The pictures perhaps don't reflect the whole grandeur of the country house, which has two specific types of russian sauna, a beekeeper's warehouse, a poultry farm, a goat shed, a special purpose warehouse, a wine cellar, a cellar for vegetables, a beeyard with 10 beehives, a dog kennel.
There is a children's playground, a football field, and a lake on the premises.
Future owners will also get in their possession lots of stuff like four-wheelers, snowmobiles and snowplow trucks. The house and the area are huge and full of atmospheric details.
