The separate 400 sq foot provençal-style guest house has Italian stone floors and a south facing wall of windows overlooking the Mediterranean. The guest house includes a dining area, kitchenette, and combination sofa and bed, as well as a shower and WC. The entrance to the Villa is controlled from the house by an electric gate and CC camera. The Villa is surrounded by an enclosed 15,000 square foot landscaped garden and lawns. The property includes over 100 mature shade and fruit trees and kitchen herb garden. The lawns and gardens are 100% bio (no herbicides or pesticides). Grounds and and pool maintenance service is included. The property is protected by interior and exterior alarms. There is a subterranean garage for two full-size cars. All rooms in the main house and guest house benefit from central air conditioning. There are large-format televisions in the library, master bedroom and guest house, and internet phones in the main house and guest house offering world wide telephone access.
