The Villa, which is located in the upper part of the green zone called Casal di Selce that consists of about 27 villas surrounded by lush park guarded. It is divided into a main pool, pool changing room, children's playhouse, several outbuildings technical fence dogs guard and park-garden.
The Villa built during the 1970s, has been completely restored by the current owners, between 2000 and 2001, always perfectly and constantly maintained and updated about 1 year ago.
